Return Policy

We want to start off by saying THANK YOU for shopping with us and supporting our local business! We hope our items are suiting you well to your liking. If you happen to run into an issue or have a question, please do not hesitate to call us at 865-474-9877 or email us at boutiquebirdies@gmail.com. If you have an item you are wanting to return, we are willing to grant you in-store credit if it meets the criteria for an eligible return.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from any odor, and with original tags still attached. All jewelry, hats, accessories, leggings, bralettes, graphic tees and ALL SALE items are final sale. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, and the customer is responsible for all return postage.

For the months of February through October, you have up to 14 days after your purchase to return your item. For the holiday months, November through January, we will extend it to 30 days after your purchase.
